Just come back from holidays and thinking of buying a holiday rental?

As many of us have just been on a wonderful holiday and could be toying with the idea of buying into that area in the form of a holiday rental. Well you have a lot to consider, firstly you need to be absolutely sure you can afford it, prices are down so it is a great time to buy, however if you run into trouble and need to sell it may prove difficult over the next couple of years as the economy recovers, so you should think of this as a long term venture.
